Mike Vancoillie was masonry helper at the age of 13 for his uncle and continued each summer until he started his apprenticeship after high school. He worked for a few different masons along the way and acquired unique skills from each one. In 2019 he made the decision to put his leadership skills to the test and start M.Vancoillie Masonry Inc. Starting a company during a pandemic was not part of the plan, however his hard work and perseverance paid off. Today, there are multiple crews that channel the same quality, hard work and integrity as their leader.
